COVID-19 Sanitation & Amenity Updates

At the Wyndham and Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs™ Resort hotels, we are committed to providing a safe environment for our guests and associates.  We have instituted a series of industry best practices and guidelines focused on enhanced hotel cleaning practices, social interactions, and workplace protocols.

  • Hand sanitizing stations have been installed in public areas and high traffic areas around the hotel are cleaned frequently with EPA approved cleaners.
  • We encourage our guests and associates to wear masks and follow CDC guidelines for Social Distancing. Signage promoting social distancing is highly visible throughout the property.
  • All hard surfaces in guest rooms are cleaned prior to new arrivals with EPA approved cleaners.
  • Touch points which are harder to clean including magazines, notepads, pens and laundry bags have been removed from guest rooms
  • All hotel Associates are subject to health and temperature screenings upon arrival

    • The brand new Oasis Restaurant & Bar located poolside is open daily for lunch, beverages and early dinner daily
    • Joffrey’s Coffee Shop open for breakfast daily
    • Sundial Café Grab n Go open daily
    • For the safety of our guests, daily housekeeping service is currently unavailable. Should you require additional towels or in room amenities throughout your stay, please see the front desk.
