Our family (2 adults 2 kids) stayed for 2 nights for a mini Disney trip. I was pleasantly surprised at check in with a free room upgrade to a top floor room in the tower with a great view! Many thanks to the amazing gentleman at the front desk!! The character breakfast was great, they had a nice selection of foods including an omelet station, both Minnie and Pluto visitied our table, took pictures and signed autographs for the kids!! You can't beat this location for the price, it is RIGHT across the street from Downtown Disney! Definitely walking distance but they do have a free shuttle back and forth if you prefer. Free wifi and free shuttle to and from the parks as well every 1/2 hour or so. They have free self parking too or valet parking for a reasonable price ($12), considering you can take the free shuttle to the parks and save on that parking which is higher. There are 2 pools and a hot tub, one of the pools has a kiddie area with a zero depth walk in entrance which is perfect for the little ones - best of all the hotel wasn't too crowded when we went which is a nice change of pace from being at Disney all day. Really great amenities for the price- thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable. Overall very impressed and will definitely look to stay here on future Disney/Orlando trips.
