Does the hotel charge a resort fee and what is included?
Yes, the nightly resort fee is $36 plus tax. (subject to change)

Is there a parking fee?
The resort offers gated self-parking for $25 plus tax per night per vehicle. Valet Parking services are also available for $30 plus tax per night per vehicle. Visitor / Day guest parking is also available for $25 plus tax per day. RV, Bus, Oversized Vehicle parking is also available. Fees may vary.
Do hotel guests qualify for Early Theme Park Entry?
Yes, hotel guests enjoy 30 minutes early entry to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks! That means you'll have even more time to experience all the thrills and excitement that the parks have to offer. A valid ticket and Resort ID are required.
What time is check-in?
Check-in time begins at 4pm. If you plan on arriving prior to 4pm and we're able to accommodate your request, the following early check-in fees will apply. If you check-in before 2pm, a fee of $40 plus tax applies. If you check-in between 2pm and 4pm, a $25 plus tax fee applies.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 11am. Please see the front desk should you wish to request a late check-out. This is subject to availability and fees apply.
How old do you need to be to check-in?
You must be 21 years of age or older with valid photo ID to check-in to the hotel.
Are Disney Tickets included with the hotel stay?
No, Disney Theme Park tickets are not included with your stay, however, you can purchase Disney Theme Park tickets online. Theme park reservations are required. You can check theme park availability and purchase tickets by Clicking here.
Are shuttles provided to the Disney theme parks?
Yes, shuttles are scheduled hourly starting one hour before each park (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) opens and run up until one hour after park closing. Reservations are required. Transportation is not provided to the water parks or special events. Shuttle schedules and information are provided at check-in. Guests needing wheelchair or scooter assistance must request transportation from the front desk at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I link my ticket admission to the My Disney Experience App?
In order to link your Disney Theme Park Tickets to your Reservation, you will need the confirmation number and your last name. If you need additional assistance, please contact the hotel.
Is Disney Springs walkable?
Yes, we are the closest hotels to Disney Springs. It is a short walk across a pedestrian bridge that is located to the right of our front entrance.
Are shuttles provided to / from the Orlando area airports?
No, airport shuttles are not provided by the hotel. Should you wish to make arrangements for a shuttle to/from the airport, we recommend Mears Connect. Click here for pricing and more details. Taxis and rideshare services are also available.
What are the pool hours?
The Oasis Pool area is open from 9am to 10pm daily. Pool towels are provided.
What dining options are available at the resort and is breakfast included with the hotel stay?
Meals are not included with your hotel stay. An All-American breakfast buffet , featuring Mickey Waffles, along with a full a la carte menu is available for purchase daily in our Lakeview Restaurant located on the mezzanine level. Breakfast sandwiches, pastries, beverages, and more are available in Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company located in our lobby. The adjacent SunDial Café offers grab-and-go food and drink options 24/7. The Oasis Restaurant & Bar located poolside offers lunch, dinner, and beverage service daily. The Eclipse Lounge, a guest favorite for unwinding after a fun-filled day at the parks, features Florida Spirits, craft brews, light bites, and happy hour daily from 5-7 p.m. The lounge is conveniently located in our lobby.
What appliances are provided in the guest rooms?
All guest rooms are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a coffee/tea maker. Microwaves are not provided, however there is one available for guest use in our Sundial Cafe 24 hours a day. Guests are not allowed to bring their own personal appliances, such as toasters, microwaves, crock pots, electric coolers, hot plates, camping stoves, etc...into our guest rooms.
Does the hotel offer rollaway beds, cots, or cribs?
Rollaway beds and cots are not available at the hotel. Pack n plays are available upon request free of charge.
Can I ship packages to the hotel and if so what is the cost?
Yes, packages can be delivered to the hotel prior to or during your stay. A handling fee of $10.00 per package will be added to your bill. We recommend that you use FedEx or UPS as a preferred delivery method. Please note that the United States Postal Service does not deliver directly to the hotel. Note: Groceries and other perishable items from Instacart or similar services cannot be accepted by the hotel. For more information click here.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
The hotel is not pet-friendly, however service animals are welcome. If you require pet boarding, we recommend Best Friends Pet Care which is located just a short drive from the hotel. For more information click here.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
We offer a smoke-free environment for our guests. Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms or on property except in designated outdoor areas.
Does the hotel authorize my debit or credit card upon arrival? If so, how long does it take for this hold to be released?
Upon arrival, a hold will be placed on your debit or credit card to cover your estimated charges for the stay, plus an additional $75 for stays up to 3 nights or $150 for stays of 4 nights or more, to cover incidental expenses. Please note, it may take up to 7 business days after checkout for the hold to be released, depending on your bank's policy. For cards issued by foreign banks, the release process may take longer. Do you offer Handicap Parking??
We have ample ADA parking spaces located in our parking areas. Self Parking and Valet Parking fees apply.
