How does it work? When a meeting or event planner expresses interest in any specialty aspect of the process, the Wyndham sales or convention services manager will contact a Disney Event Group representative on behalf of that specific organization as well as introduce its initial set of interests and share the planner’s contact information. In turn, The Disney Event Group contact will reach out to the planner and assist with whatever is necessary.

While discounted theme park tickets, merchandise and special event access are The Disney Event Group’s specialties, the representatives are also happy to discuss and arrange florals, gifts, entertainment, décor, technical support and other creative media. They are magical when it comes to Walt Disney World® themed events and parties.
