For groups as small as 15 attendees or larger, planners may wish to explore Disney theme park tickets, Disney merchandise, and access to Disney special events taking place during their meeting dates. This is strongly recommended and offers meaningful benefits, including convenience and potential pricing advantages.
How it works: When a meeting or event planner expresses interest in any specialty component, the Wyndham sales or convention services manager will introduce the planner to the Disney Event Group representative. The Disney Event Group representative will then reach out directly to the planner and assist with the requested arrangements.
In addition to offering exclusive Disney convention ticket pricing and special event access, Disney Event Group representatives can also help arrange marketing support and other creative services. They are especially skilled at bringing Walt Disney World®-themed events and celebrations to life.
